The website describes E³I Civil Intelligence’s consulting direction and working methodology in general terms. It is not project-specific professional, engineering, surveying, accounting, legal, financial, regulatory or safety advice. It is not a bid, proposal, contract, certification, warranty or guarantee of any result.

No consulting relationship through website use

Viewing the website, following a social account or sending a general inquiry does not create a consulting, fiduciary, professional or confidential relationship. An engagement begins only when authorized parties sign a written agreement defining scope, responsibilities, confidentiality, records, deliverables, timing and fees.

AI-assisted work and human responsibility

AI tools may help organize, trace, compare, summarize, flag or recommend from reviewed information. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and is not a substitute for governing documents, verified calculations, qualified judgment or required professional review. Responsible people verify sources and approve project decisions. Accounting controls verified actual dollars. A completed bid, project record, learning record or Master Task Library version is not changed autonomously by AI.

Confidential and project information

Do not send confidential plans, pricing, employee records, financial records, credentials or other sensitive project information through this public website or social media. A secure handling method and written scope must be agreed before confidential material is provided.

Intellectual property

Original website text, graphics, photographs, branding and their selection and arrangement are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Copyright does not protect ideas, procedures, processes, systems or methods by themselves. “E³I Civil Intelligence” and associated branding may also function as source identifiers. All third-party names, product names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to another company does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

Permitted use

You may view and print reasonable portions of this website for legitimate internal evaluation. You may not misrepresent the content’s source, remove notices, use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce substantial protected content for commercial use without written permission.
